Why players sometimes complain

"My withdrawal is pending." Identity verification comes first and takes up to 24 hours once documents are uploaded; until then, withdrawals cannot be completed.

"My bonus win was cut." Bonus winnings are capped at five times the deposit (up to €5,000) and free-spin winnings at €1,000; these limits are part of the bonus terms. See our bonuses page.

"I was charged on a withdrawal." Processing costs may apply if a deposit was not wagered three times, and intermediary banks may take a fee on transfers.

"My account was blocked." This happens when requested documents are not sent within 30 days, or when fraud or duplicate accounts are suspected.

"My large win is being paid in parts." The terms allow wins over €30,000 to be paid monthly; progressive jackpots are the exception.

The complaint route
