Before you start

Why accurate details matter

The name and date of birth you enter must match the ID you will later upload. If they differ, verification stalls and so does your withdrawal. The account must also be in your legal name and funded only from payment methods in your name — deposits from someone else's card or wallet can be refunded to that person and any winnings frozen.

Verification step by step

Verification is required before the first withdrawal of any amount and again once lifetime deposits exceed €2,000. You upload a government-issued photo ID, a selfie holding it and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months, in Latin or Cyrillic script; otherwise a video check may be requested. The KYC team replies by e-mail within 24 hours.

Until then your status is "Temporarily Approved": you can play and deposit up to €500 in total, but withdrawals cannot be completed. If requested documents are not provided within 30 days, transactions are blocked until they are.
