The path of a withdrawal

Every withdrawal goes through the same stages: identity verification (once, before the first payout), your request in the cashier, 1Red's review, and finally the transfer through your chosen method. Having your documents ready makes the first stage smoother.

Step 1: verification

Before the first withdrawal of any amount — and again once lifetime deposits exceed €2,000 — 1Red checks your identity. You upload a government photo ID, a selfie holding it and a bank statement or utility bill no older than three months. The KYC team answers within 24 hours. Until approval you can keep playing and deposit up to €500 in total, but no withdrawal can be completed. See our registration page.

Step 2: the request

Open Payments, choose withdrawal and a payout method — bank card, Bank Transfer, one of twelve cryptocurrencies or another option offered for your country — enter at least €30 and your details, and submit. While the request is pending you can still cancel it; cancelling €75 or more may trigger the Cashout Cancelled Bonus, which turns the money back into bonus funds.

Step 3: timing by method

Limits on withdrawals

Each request must be between €30 and €10,000 or the equivalent. Total withdrawals are also capped per day, week and month, and the caps rise with your lifetime deposits: €1,000 a day, €2,500 a week and €10,000 a month at first; €2,000, €5,000 and €20,000 once you have deposited more than €1,000; and €3,000, €10,000 and €30,000 above €10,000.

Big wins and jackpots

What can hold a payout

• Verification not finished — no payout is completed before approval.
• A deposit not wagered three times — processing costs may apply.
• An active bonus — bonus winnings wait for wagering or cancellation.
• A payment method in someone else's name — such deposits can be refunded to the owner and winnings frozen.
• Limits — the request is above €10,000 or your period cap.
• Provider time — banks and blockchains add their own processing.
